What is your favorite subject to teach and why?

"Writing because I like hearing about students' stories."

What convinced you to become a teacher?

"My first job was boring so I decided teacher would be fun!"

What do you want 5th graders to learn this year?

"I want them to learn about debates.We will be writing letters to the president!"

What was school like when you were in 5th grade?

"I was the tallest student in my class.We did not have any technology (smartboards)."

Tell us one of your hobbies.

"I love going thrift store shopping."
