On Fridays we have book clubs. The books we read are Historical Fiction. The people who are in my book club are Josie, Charlotte M., Spencer, Charlotte S., Alayna, Saraya. The books we have read are
NightJohn and Esperanza Rising.
NightJohn was my least favorite book, because it was very violent. NightJohn is about a slave that knows how to read and goes around and teach other slaves how to.
Esperanza Rising is about the Great Depression and Esperanza moves to America and had to work hard at a camp just for Mexicans.
