High Museum

Yesterday the whole fifth grade went to the High Museum on a Field Trip to Atlanta wich was a really long bus ride. One exhibition there was called Cross Country it was a bunch of really meaningful pictures from the Great Depression like Dorothea Lange's Migrant Mother. We also saw some really big murals by Hale Woodruff that were about slavery and how bad African American people were treated. But I think I saw only one mural that showed white men and African Americans working together. We also looked at some really cool furniture than looked really comfortable to sit in but we could not or we would be kicked out of the museum. There was also some cool art that we could get in, like little space ship that you could slide down.
