My Doodle Book!

Hi! It's me Lilly, and today, I'm posting about my Doodle Book! I have it on me at all times, along with my erasable pen! When I get an idea, and when I can, I'll draw a single panel comic! And, now, presenting..... LILLY'S DOODLE BOOK!!!! 😁

I'd, show, you more, but it's hard to get the photos! Another one I drew shows the problem of when a kid writes a story, and all the sentences start with "Then..." It's kind of annoying when that happens. In the panel, that's happening, and the rest of the class is asleep, and even the teacher! Another one, which is similar to the top right one, is the back cover, where Voldemort says, "THE END!", and everyone says, "WRONG!" Thanks for reading! Bye!😁😁😁😁😁

Maker Faire is coming up! I don't know about you, but I can't wait. The fourth and fifth graders here that have won 1st, 2nd or 3rd in their class for frog tank (our kid version of shark tank) will have a stand to set their invention on. I'm also one of them, with my invention called Space Meter, which is an app that hooks up to cameras on lights in parking lots so you can see all the available spaces. It costs 20 cents every time you use it, but if you want a day pass it's only 1 dollar. I know there will also be a basketball that is also a personal coach, lots of robots, a scientist that blows things up, food, the STEAM truck and lots more.

It's April 1st (yes it's April fool's day, but it's not a joke) on Saturday this week and it will be from 2:00-4:30 at Clarke Central High School. I hope to see you there! 😁😄😸😊😉

BOOKFAIR!!!!

Soon there will be an event called book fair. Book fair is where for a week the media center/library turns into a bookstore for about a week. One books that I'm excited for is Making Bombs for Hitler. This book is about the main character's sister being taken away and she has to work for the Nazis making bombs and she has to make a choice: sabotage the bombs to save strangers' lives (and if the Nazi party finds out they'll kill her), or she can make the bombs and hopefully keep her and her sister alive.

The Book Fair is coming! It's going to be amazing and there are so many new books! Some of the new books are Stick Cat, Pig the Pug, Making Bombs for Hitler, Pink is for Blob Fish, Fort Solitude and many many more. There are also posters, erasers and coloring books. One rule though is that you can only get an eraser, bookmark, or pencil if you get a book first. I would always recommend getting at least one book. There are always so many to choose from and there are shelves and shelves and shelves full. Sometimes you pick out the perfect book and there are some that are not your type. I hope you can go!

Book Fair!!

Hi! It's Lilly, and I'm posting about the book fair today! The book fair super fun, and I always end up with a lot of books! Some books I'm looking forward to getting are the next two books in the Upside Down Magic series! The first book was really good! It's about a girl named Rory, whose magic is kind of weird, and messes up a lot. Another book I'm going to to hopefully get is the book Go Gaming! Go Gaming Is a guide for all sorts of mobile games! There is also a lot of other books too! Bye! 😄

Book Fair

Book Fair will be Monday March 20th - Friday March 24th. There will be many many many books to chose from. Not all of the books are on the flyer, there are hundreds of other books you can see as well. The company as usual is SCHOLASTIC. The book that I am most excited about is the new Diary of a Wimpy Kid, because I have read the entire series, and I really like Jeff Kinney's books. I am also excited about the book Ghosts by Raina Telgemeier.

Spring Break 2017

My spring break was great! First I went to St Joseph's Island with my family and my best friend's family. It was great but when it was time to go I was sad, I had bug bites all over, and I was a different color. So I kinda wanted to stay but I kinda wanted to leave too. When we were about to leave I found out we were staying 2 more nights. I was happy but since my dad wasn't able to go since he had to work I missed him so I was ready to go home. I collected so many shells though! I am so glad that I was with a friend because it was really fun. Lastly when I got home I was so excited to go back to school because I was going to be able to see Mrs.Wilcox! Spring break was awesome.
